Asanas are powerful tools in accessing our mental and energetic landscapes. Further reinforcing that yoga is a multi-faceted, daily, mental, and physical devotional practice. In our classes, philosophy, chanting, and prāṇāyāma are coupled with vigorous postures to strengthen the body and mind, so we can achieve meditation and be better equipped to handle the harshness of our inner and outer worlds, while being receptive to their potential for bliss, peace and surrender.
